Kullanım koşulları – Adres Doğru

Adres Doğru, KODMIL tarafından Shopify mağazalarına sunulan bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kurarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz.
Uygulama, Türkiye teslimat adreslerinin şehir alanını ve posta kodunu kamuya açık il/ilçe verisiyle karşılaştırır. Adresin gerçekten var olduğunu, teslim edilebilir olduğunu veya alıcıya ait olduğunu garanti etmez.
Ödeme sayfası kontrolü "ödemeyi durdur" modunda müşterinin siparişi tamamlamasını engelleyebilir. Modu ve mesajları yönetim panelinden siz seçersiniz; "yalnızca uyar" modu ödemeyi hiç durdurmaz.
Ücretli planlar Shopify tarafından 30 günde bir faturalanır. İptal ettiğinizde ücretli özellikler hemen durur; kullanılmayan süre için iade Shopify kurallarına göre yapılır.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. KODMIL, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir; toplam sorumluluk son 12 ayda ödenen ücretle sınırlıdır.
İl/ilçe verisi yılda en az bir kez güncellenir. Hatalı bir ilçe adı bildirmek için support@kodmil.com adresine yazın.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Koşullar değişirse uygulama içinde duyurulur.

Adres Doğru is a Shopify app provided by KODMIL. By installing it you accept these terms.
The app compares the city field and postcode of Turkish shipping addresses with public district data. It does not guarantee that an address exists, is deliverable or belongs to the recipient.
In "stop checkout" mode the checkout check can prevent a customer from completing an order. You choose the mode and messages; "warn only" never stops checkout.
Paid plans are billed by Shopify every 30 days. Paid features stop when you cancel; refunds follow Shopify's rules.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law KODMIL is not liable for indirect damages; total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
District data is updated at least once a year. Report a wrong district name to support@kodmil.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
