Uygulamanın işlediği veriler

• Mağaza alan adınız ve uygulamayı çalıştırmak için gereken Shopify oturumu.
• Girdiğiniz ayarlar: kontrol modu, mesaj metinleri, eşik değerleri.
• Türkiye teslimat adresli siparişlerde teslimat adresinin şehir, posta kodu ve adres satırları okunur (ödeme sayfasında Shopify Function içinde, siparişte webhook ile). Bu bilgilerden ilçe, il, il plaka kodu ve 0-100 arası adres puanı hesaplanır.

Saklanan veriler

• Sipariş başına: sipariş numarası, Shopify sipariş ve müşteri kimliği, hesaplanan ilçe, il, il kodu, puan, durum ve adresin tek yönlü özeti (SHA-256). Ad, soyad, açık adres, telefon ve e-posta saklanmaz. Bu kayıtlar 60 gün sonra silinir.
• Günlük toplam sayılar (kontrol edilen, düşük puanlı, onaylanan sipariş sayısı). Kişisel veri içermez.
• Pro planda ilçe, il, il kodu ve puan, mağazanızın Shopify siparişine metafield olarak yazılır.

Müşterinin teşekkür sayfasında yaptığı onay

Müşteri il ve ilçesini onaylarsa ya da düzeltirse, eklenti sunucumuza sipariş kimliğini, seçilen il ve ilçeyi, varsa posta kodunu ve adresin SHA-256 özetini gönderir. Açık adres sayfadan çıkmaz. Sunucu siparişin teslimat adresinin şehir (ve posta kodu) alanını Shopify üzerinden günceller.

Paylaşım

Veriler üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz. Sunucular Render (Frankfurt, AB) üzerinde çalışır.

Silme

Uygulama kaldırıldığında oturumlar hemen silinir. Shopify'ın shop/redact isteğiyle (kaldırmadan 48 saat sonra) mağazanın tüm verileri silinir. customers/redact isteğinde ilgili müşterinin sipariş kayıtları silinir. Veri talepleri için support@kodmil.com.

What the app processes

For orders shipping to Turkey the app reads the city, postcode and address lines of the shipping address (in checkout inside a Shopify Function, and from the orders/create webhook) and derives district, province, plate code and an address score from 0 to 100.

What the app stores

• Your shop domain, the Shopify session and your settings.
• Per order: order name, Shopify order and customer IDs, derived district, province, plate code, score, state and a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint of the address. No names, street addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses. Deleted after 60 days.
• Aggregated daily counts without personal data.
• On Pro, district, province, plate code and score are written to the order as metafields in your store.

Customer confirmation

When a customer confirms or corrects the district on the thank-you or order status page, the extension sends the order ID, the chosen province and district, the postcode if entered and the address fingerprint. The street address never leaves the page. The server updates the order's city (and postcode) through Shopify.

Sharing, hosting, deletion

No data is sold or shared. Servers run on Render in Frankfurt (EU). Sessions are deleted on uninstall; all shop data is deleted on shop/redact; a customer's order records are deleted on customers/redact.
